Question & Answer
Q: Why it take too long to cure?
A: Cure time is related to temperature, the lower the temperature, the slower the cure time, the slower the cure time, the suggested temperature range for curing epoxy is between 70-80°F.
Q: Received the epoxy kit and it was clumpy like, Is this still useful?
A: Due to the weather is cold, sometime would cause the epoxy resin to turn clumpy, when the resin returns to its liquid state, it is ready to use. Thus, before use, please place the crystallized container of epoxy resin, in a warm-water bath 10mins, heated to approximately 140°F.
Q: Why the resin cure with wrinkles on the surface?
A: Please don't overboiling the surface to pop bubbles, too cold and very humid place will also easy to cause this happened.
Q: The resin doesn't cure well, still sticky after few days?
A: If you don't mix well will cause the resin doesn't cure. Please use the measuring cup mix the part A resin and Part B hardener 1:1 by volume(NOT by weight), and slow stir in 3-5mins until there is no muddy.
