1/4" Shank CNC Spoilboard Surfacing Router Bit is usually used to quickly flatten or surfacing large areas with a CNC Router, such as to clean up your spoilboard to get perfectly smooth results; you can also use it for trimming, slotting and grooving.
Use on CNC, table mount and handheld routers; woodworking engraving and trimming machine.
Spoilboard Cutter with Carbide blades for a sharper and longer lasting edge, silver induction brazing for maximum strength and durability; Anti-kickback design to help prevent workshop mishaps.
Center bore cavity for vast material removal, compatible with solid woods, laminate, plywood compact panel, acrylic etc. Do NOT cut metal or other non-wood materials.
Larger diameter cutters can get the surfacing job done faster, but they’ll need higher horsepower spindles to operate. Don’t choose a Spoilboard Cutter that’s too aggressive for your CNC Router.
