Details: Our Slim line corporate kit allows you to organize and protect all your important company information. This is a 3 round-ring (1/2") binder. It contains an inside pocket to hold important documents, as well as a place to store two business cards and a cd (CD and Business cards not included). The Slim Line binder comes with thick-stock gold paper that allows you to customize the binder on your own by inserting the paper in the spine. This also makes the binder reusable for name changes or other things. It comes complete with a Black Vinyl binder, 10 Top Stub Certificates, 6/7 index divider tabs (depends on type of formation), a sheet of gold paper and printed minutes & bylaws or operating agreement. It is available in Black only. This customized kit does NOT come with a slipcase.
