Recommended Setting:
Temperature and time for different types of tumblers:
✅Stainless Steel Tumblers---350 - 392°F, 180 ± 20s
✅Glass Tumblers----350 - 392°F, 200 ± 20s
✅Ceramic Tumblers---390 - 428°F, 220 ± 20s
Operation Steps:
⭕Step 1: Select an image you like and print out it with the sublimation paper by sublimation ink.
⭕Step 2: Fix printed sublimation paper on a tumbler by heat tapes.
⭕Step 3: Put your tumbler in and pull down the press machine. Set time, temperature, and pressure.
⭕Step 4: Take out the tumbler when the timer buzzed.
Tips:
🔺If the printed pattern is a fully wrapped pattern, you may need to rotate the cup and print it a second time to ensure that each side is heated enough to achieve a complete print.
