Deep Pour Resin

Our deep pour resins are formulated for thick single pours without the need for multiple layers. Depending on the specific grade you choose, you can pour from 1 inch up to 6 inches deep in a single pour. For example, our Standard Deep Pour Epoxy is best for 1–2 inches, while our Ultra Deep Pour Epoxy is designed for 3–6 inch thick projects like river tables or large art blocks. Always check the product label for maximum recommended depth.

Deep pour resins at WoodArtSupply are engineered with a slow-reacting formula that minimizes heat buildup and reduces the risk of yellowing, cracking, or excessive shrinkage. This makes them much more stable and clear over time, so your project retains its beauty. For best results, follow application instructions and avoid overheating your resin during mixing and pouring.

One of the key benefits of deep pour resin is that you can pour all at once—no layering required! As long as you stay within the specified thickness for your resin type (up to 6 inches with Ultra Deep Pour Epoxy), you’ll get a seamless, clear result without visible layer lines or cold joints. This saves you time and ensures a stronger, more uniform cast.

Our deep pour resins are specially formulated with low viscosity and self-degassing properties to help bubbles naturally rise and escape. For best results, mix slowly to minimize air incorporation and pour in a clean, dust-free environment. Using a heat gun or torch lightly over the surface can help release any persistent bubbles during the first 30 minutes after pouring.

Choose your resin based on project depth and application: Standard Deep Pour Epoxy (1–2 inches) is great for coasters or small art blocks; Ultra Deep Pour Epoxy (3–6 inches) is perfect for river tables or large casting projects; Hybrid UV-Assist Resin suits small charms and quick-clear coatings under 1 inch per layer. Check the product details to match the resin type to your planned pour thickness for optimal results.
