- Purple Heart - FAS GRADE HARDWOOD LUMBER pieces that are sanded to thickness and cut to width per order. All milling is done at our facility, we handle the pieces from start to finish. These Purple Heart Exotic hardwood thin wood sheets and wood boards are perfect for all your woodworking needs.
- COMMON USES: Scroll Saw, Wood Working,Laser Engraving, DYI, Crafts and more APPEARANCE: Heartwood is a light yellowish to golden brown, sometimes with grey to nearly black streaks and veins. Wood with such darker figuring is referred to as Purple Heart, while plain unfigured wood is called White Limba. Sapwood is a pale greyish to yellowish brown. GRAIN: Grain is straight to slightly interlocked, with a uniformly coarse texture. Moderate natural luster.
