·Key points:
The stone has to be fully preheat before baking, we recommend at minimum 500℉(250℃).
Only wash it in clean water.
Please don't place oil, sauce, cheese directly on the stone. Just place the oily food (such as Chicago Deep-dish, Sicilian pizza as well as some other similar food) in metal container, baking sheet, pan or skillet, etc firstly before placing on the stone.
