Inline Sander – Versatile, Easy to Operate
The 3M Inline Sander is a straight shaft sander for generating or restoring straight-line finishes. Available in two speeds –1600 and 3500 rpm – this 1.0 horsepower sander works well with 3M coated abrasives or 3M surface conditioning flap brushes and belts.
Used in conjunction with various 3M, Scotch-Brite and Trizact flap brushes and belts, these tools generate directional finishes to prepare stainless steel and other metals for final finishing, finish to spec, or grind and blend of welds to spec. The 3M wheel adapter enables mounting of wheel accessories and abrasive wheels to the sander.

The 3M Match and Finish Sander is an easy-to-operate tool that delivers a fast, consistent finish on fabricated steel parts. Used with a select portfolio of Scotch-Brite flap brushes, it makes a fast, user-friendly system for weld blending and finish restoration on a wide range of metals.
