Details: This Alemite 555-E pistol grip grease gun, which comes with a flexible extension, has a cylinder capacity of 16 oz., and delivers lubricant at pressures up to 7,500 pounds per square inch (psi) at a rate of 1 oz. per 30 strokes in high-volume mode. A dual mode, pistol grip lever mechanism makes it possible to choose either high-volume output or high-pressure delivery. This grease gun loads grease either by bulk loading or inserting a grease cartridge. The follower has a heavy-duty spring to keep the grease gun primed, and a bleeder valve keeps the grease gun from building up excessive pressure in the cylinder. This grease gun injects grease into standard grease fittings and is suitable for applications such as lubricating motor vehicles, construction and industrial equipment, and aeronautics.
