Take your coffee table project to the next level by adding some colors! You can mix the Amazing Deep Pour with Alumilite dyes, polycolor resin powders, glow powders, and glitters. It is perfect for river tables, resin blanks for lathe turning, and filling wide gaps in wood as well as applications requiring a depth of greater than 3/8 inch. It can also be layered for projects requiring thicknesses beyond 2 inches. This 2:1 mix ratio epoxy is formulated to reduce exotherm (heat build-up), so users can pour thicker sections without having to layer as with standard epoxies. This epoxy is useful for casting resin blanks without the need for a pressure pot. The long open time allows air bubbles to naturally escape, resulting in crystal clear castings every time! Adding color to the resin can negate or minimize the yellowing that occurs over time with all epoxies. For a more durable surface, think about using a top coat of Amazing Clear Cast or Amazing Clear Cast Plus (for added UV protection). Amazing Deep Pour complies with FDA 21 CFR 175.300 for coatings intended for indirect and direct food contact use when accurately measured, thoroughly mixed, and fully cured.
