Details: Sublimation Operation Method:
A: Take the pen apart.
*ONLY the white pen tube can be sublimated*.
B: Print your favorite picture.
*The pattern will be mirror transferred, especially TXT.*
*Recommended transfer image size: 4.18" L x 1.35" W.*
B: Use heat-resistant tape to fix the transfer pattern on the pen holder.
*If the length of paper is too long, it will cause the pattern fixed on the pen holder to overlap.
As a result, the sublimation effect at the junction will become deep. *
C: Use a heat gun to tightly shrink the shrink film onto the pen holder.
D: Bake in a convection oven 380 F for 5 minutes.
Rotating the pens at the half-way point if your pen is touching a metal surface during baking not let the barrel touch a metal surface during baking, the heat shrink film will be more likely to melt!
F: Tear off the sublimation paper, done.
The recommended settings above may need adjustments for best results.
