Details: Nonwoven 6" x 9" Scuff, Clean & Finish Hand Pads 6" x 9" Hand Pads are non-woven multi-purpose abrasive scuff pads comparable to 3M scotch brite hand pads. These scuff pads can be cut easily and used as alternatives to steel wool, or other non-woven pads. They are non-clogging, provide a consistent finish and can be used with water or solvents. These abrasive scuff pads are perfect for removing rust, cleaning, finishing and polishing metal surfaces. Almost all of the hand pads are infused with abrasive grain. Here is the breakdown for each pad: White - No abrasive grain. Brown - Aluminum Oxide grain - roughly 120 Grit Black - Aluminum Oxide grain - roughly 150 Grit Green - Aluminum Oxide grain - roughly 240 Grit Maroon - Silicon Carbide grain - roughly 360-400 Grit Grey - Silicon Carbide grain - roughly 800-1000 Grit
