- Comes Unfinished, but can be painted or stained. Sanding may be required if you wish to paint. If you plan to use outdoors, you will need to seal with paint or polyurethane sealer.
- SINGLE WORD ONLY. The word must be either all lowercase or only the first letter capitalized. The sign CANNOT contain and spaces, special characters, punctuation or all CAPS.
