Details: DecoArt Craft Twinkles are a premium, all-purpose, large flake glitter paint that adds bold sparkle and shine to art, crafts and home decor projects. Craft Twinkles also offer dramatically better coverage than glitter glues. How to use Craft Twinkles : BRUSH-ON : Shake well. Apply with a brush. Repeat coats until desired shimmer is achieved. Allow to dry between coats. For a more intense color, apply over a similar Americana paint color. Cure 24 hours before use. Cleans up with soap and water. WRITER : Shake well.
