- Noise Reduction: Reduce noise by up to 22dB with this noise reduction and dust-proof enclosure, which achieves an approximately 40% reduction in loudness. Test data taken at a distance of 30cm from the machine, before use: 78dB, after insulation: 56dB.
- Dust Mitigation: Pre-cut Vent Port access for dust collection. Don’t worry about dust flying everywhere while your CNC works. Keeps your workshop clean.
- Premium Materials: We use carefully selected materials, including a PU outer layer, various thicknesses of S-pattern PP board, and 600D polyester Oxford cloth. This material is flame-retardant and waterproof, ensuring that the cover is lightweight, foldable, and built to last. It also featured a dual PVC observation window, allowing you to monitor your machine's status in real-time.
- Excellent Structural Design: Our airtight design helps ensure that your workspace stays clean and reduces dust. We've also included pre-designed holes that allow you to easily access dust suction or press the emergency stop button without opening the enclosure.
