Details: Hoover Hives wooden frames are light weight and made from New Zealand Pine. They are fitted with CellTech plastic foundations that have been dipped in 100% bees wax. Every frame is measured precisely to the standard Langstroth medium frame size (6-1/4″ x 19″ x 1-3/8″). This means they can be used on both 8 or 10 frame Langstroth hives. The natural honey color foundations make it is easier for you to inspect the honey in the hive for debris against a natural honey colored background.
