Details: Howard 12 oz. Cutting Board Oil contains food grade mineral oil stabilized with Vitamin E. The cutting board oil meets FDA requirements for food contact surfaces and is safe for all food preparation surfaces. It is tasteless and will never go rancid unlike plant-based oils. This product will season cutting boards, butcher blocks and wooden utensils. The mineral oil is from virgin mineral oils and has no contact with nuts or gluten or other potentially allergenic materials either in production, storage, or transport. Howard 12 oz. Butcher Block Conditioner helps keep butcher blocks and cutting boards both functional and beautiful. This product meets USFDA regulations for direct and indirect contact with food. The food grade mineral oil will never go rancid unlike plant-based oils and had water-resistant traits of beeswax and carnauba wax to rejuvenates wood and prevent from drying and cracking. The natural waxes help repair knife marks and protect the wood by keeping the mineral oil in and the moisture out.
