Description
Description
Brand: kexcelled
Color: Blue
Features:
- Weather resistance: kexcelled blue ASA filaments have excellent resistance to UV light and environmental stress cracking, making them highly suitable for printing outdoor application models. They maintain their appearance with minimal performance degradation and resist yellowing even after long-term exposure to sunlight and water.
- Mechanical performance and high temperature resistance: Parts are not easily deformed and have excellent resistance to impact, tensile, and extrusion damage. High heat deformation temperatures up to about 100°C provide superior thermal stability compared to ABS and PETG.
- Nozzle: 240-260°C, bed: 80-100°C, speed: 30-60 mm/s. To effectively reduce deformation and interlayer adhesion problems during the printing process, it is recommended to use a closed printer to keep the printing environment temperature around 50-70°C.
- Packaging: Filaments are dried for 24 hours before vacuum packing, and packages are filled with a moisture absorbent to ensure that the filaments are in good condition when the package is first opened.
- Tip: Drying before printing helps improve the printing effect of the filament. Drying temperature: 80°C, time: 8-12 hours. After printing, filaments can be kept dry for a longer period of time by storing them in a sealed container with a moisture absorbent and keeping the relative humidity of the storage environment below 25% RH.
