Details: Kutzall Hand Rasps are engineered to be the ultimate man-powered, hand-shaping instrument. These unique tools strike a fascinating balance between the shaping and smoothing function of a conventional file and the aggressive stock removal of a wood rasp. Featuring tungsten-carbide teeth for incredible service life and durability, they are even effective on materials such as composites and soft stone, where conventional steel-toothed files and rasps may work poorly or provide only a short working life.
Kutzall Warding Rasps are masters of detail work. Their thinner profile and flat-tapered shape make them ideal for getting into tighter spaces, enlarging sharp-cornered openings or producing finer detail. The multi-directional cutting ability of each rasp allows you to quickly remove material in even the most confined spaces. Like all Kutzall hand rasps, they have an ergonomic soft grip for added comfort and steady control.

Cleaning: Although Kutzall products are not very prone to loading, a soft wire brush is typically all that is needed. However they can also be easily cleaned using a torch and a quick few passes with a soft wire brush, the heat will not harm the teeth!
