- 4.9FT BORING BAR-The boring bar is made of high-strength alloy and structural steel, which has the characteristics of high hardness, high precision, high toughness and good wear resistance. The boring bar can be disassembled separately for convenient installation.
- MOTOR AND HANDLE CONTROLLER-The whole machine adopts 110V constant current motor with low speed and large torque, which can realize stable processing and superior performance. The motor controller is equipped with a dynamic delay braking program to avoid vibration during shutdown. After the machine is installed, the controller can be removed to control the machine and perform the drilling operation. The control cabinet is installed under the host, which is conducive to safe operation.
- STEPLESS SPEED REGULATION-Stepless speed regulation can be realized for feed processing. The feeding process can be set as required, and it will stop automatically after reaching the limit switch.

Machine is installed by fixed clamp and uses different tool rest according to different dia ranges. Please confirm the diameter of processing hole before use to select the appropriate tool rest.
Slushing oil should be painted to boring bar and feed screw which are not used very often.
Appropriate grease oil should be added to the feed box every half a year.
Spindle box and feed box should be stored by sealing if these parts are not used for a long time.
