- This mist coolant is highly recommended for mist cooling any metal or alloy where tougher machining conditions require greater lubricity.
- It is particularly useful where tool pressure is exceptionally great or where the material is very abrasive. Fusion Cool 2255 provides the extra lubrication needed to protect the cutting edge of the tool.
- Excellent service in most general-purpose flood cooling applications, such as a saw coolant or CNC mister. Direct cross-over/ replacement for Kool Mist 77.
- Common applications include CNC plasma table, bandsaws, grinding, milling, turning, drilling, and other cutting operations.
- This coolant is formulated with biocides to extend sump life and effectively reject tramp oil, and it will inhibit corrosion with dilutions as low as 3%. Additionally, it is a safe and mild machine coolant.
