Pictured here is one 2' x 6' unit, various hook accessories and loaded items not included. Step-by-step instructions with a support staff for all your questions. Purchases from MonsterRax include a Limited Lifetime Warranty. All other resellers will ship you a re-sold rack which will void your Lifetime Warranty. INDUSTRY WARNING: 600 Pounds is the maximum your garage ceiling can withstand. MonsterRAX is engineered at well over 1,500 pound breaking strength. When shopping for your racks, do not confuse breaking strength with rack capacity. Never load any company's rack to more than 600 pounds or you risk serious damage to your home, life and personal property. Shipping and Processing: All products are shipped via FedEx Home Delivery Tuesday thru Saturday. Please allow 3-4 business days to process your order prior to shipping. Refund/Return Policy: If you purchase a product where the cost of shipping is included in the purchase price (i.e. Free Shipping) and you subsequently return the product, we will refund your payment less the cost of outbound shipping.
