The sublimation process involves coating the material with a heat-activated ink and then heating it to the point where the ink turns into gas. This causes the dyes or pigments in the ink to become part of the material. Using a sublimation coating allows you to decorate a wide variaty of surfaces.

- PERFORMANCE: NGOODIEZ's sublimation coating for mugs and other substrates offers a beautiful glossy sheen. The coating is not only beautiful, but it is also smooth to the touch and offers a pleasant tactile experience and can be used in a commercial setting.
- DRIES FAST: Our universal sublimation coating can dry in the oven in just 7 minutes at high heat (380 degrees Fahrenheit). But you can also let it dry naturally in sunlight which typically lasts 24 hours. The sublimation coating is also waterproof, scratch resistant and colorfast.
- PACKAGE INCLUDES: NGOODIEZ sublimation coating for mugs includes 250 ml bottle of universal coating, 10ml bottle of activator, 1 x measuring cup, 1 x foam brush, 1 x syringe and stirring stick. The product comes with instructions. The coating is easy to apply, just mix the contents of the bottle together and apply with an airbrush or paintbrush. The universal coating will make your mug fade-resistant, dishwasher safe and microwave safe.

Allows you to offer different sublimation products. What are the Advantages of Sublimation Coating?① Speed - Sublimation coating dries out very quickly. ② Super Adhesion - Enhances adhesion between ink and print surface, makes the ink adhere to the printing surface better. ③ Protection - The coating helps resist abrasions, scratches, rubbing, and ink smudging. ④ Performance - Sublimation coating offers a beautiful glossy sheen, the coating also smooth to the touch, it offers a pleasant tactile experience. ★ HOW TO USE:Step ①: Add 0.5 ml of catalyst (small bottle) per 10 ml of Sub coating (big bottle) - 0.5:10 ratio Stir thoroughlyStep ②: Clean your hard substrates (ceramic, glass, metal, wood, leather etc), apple your coating with a brush or spray gun and let it dryStep ③: Once dry, cure substrate in oven at 340F for 22 minutes OR convection oven at 300F for 22 minutes. Cure wood in oven at 340F for 15 minutes or 12 minutes on the press with parchment paper and silicone pad for protection using light pressure. Cure metal in oven at 320F for 10 minutes or on press for 3 minutes with silicone pad and parchment paper.Step ④: Sublimation times will vary by substrate and method
