Details: Without a doubt the finest loaf pan on the market. None can compare with its even-heating cast aluminum performance, durability or its timeless beauty. In honor of our 75th anniversary, the blossoming of bread baking and the world's renewed interest in cooking at home, we've introduced an heirloom pan that can be passed from one generation to the next. The size most bread recipes require, it produces moist interiors and perfectly browned crusts. Ideal for making and serving meat loaves and a large variety of other foods too. Proprietary non-stick for easy release and cleaning. 1. Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm, soapy water. Extended soaking is not recommended. 2. Before each use, brush with butter or shortening and dust with flour or cocoa to coat. Baking spray containing flour may also be used. Do not use regular cooking spray. 3. Mixes and recipes may vary. Fill the pan no more than 3/4 full to avoid overflow. 4. Metal utensils, scouring pads and abrasive cleaners should not be used on nonstick surfaces.
