The low moisture sensitivity ensures outstanding mechanical and thermal properties even after the moisture conditioning process. (3D printer solid glue is always required for better adhesion).
- High Strength and Toughness: YXPOLYER carbon fiber nylon 12 filament is an enhanced composite carbon fiber nylon material with superb strength, stiffness, excellent toughness, outstanding impact resistance, abrasion resistance, chemical resistance, and temperature resistance.
- High Dimensional Stability: With 15% carbon fiber, PA12-CF ensures stable prints with high success rates, minimal warping, less shrinkage, outstanding surface finish, and strong layer adhesion.
- Wide Application: Suitable for robots, drones, automotive and aviation products, functional prototypes, textile pumps, mechanical gears, precision engineering parts, and more.
- Tangle-Free and Protected Packaging: Carefully wound to avoid tangling issues. Vacuum-sealed with semi-aluminum foil bags and desiccant to protect against moisture and air.
- Printing Settings: Recommended printing temperature: 230-280˚C, bed temperature: 90-110˚C, annealing temperature: 80°C for 4 hours (if needed). Compatible with 0.4mm and 0.6mm nozzles.
- Nozzle Tips: Carbon fiber is abrasive and wears standard nozzles. Use stainless steel, hardened steel, or tungsten nozzles, and check nozzle wear before printing.
