How to Replace blade?
Use a hexagon wrench to loosen the plum screw,remove the baffle plate, remove the blade screw with a ring wrench,remove the old blade,and replace it with a new one.
The chamfer size can be adjusted at will:
Loosen the 2 screws of the black gear plate with a thinner wrench, twist the black gear plate left and right, adjust the chamfer size, and fix the 2 screws back to the original position.
Maintenance Tips
1. Before using the new machine, please inject pneumatic tool oil and inject about 4C.C into the air inlet. After continuous use for about 3 hours, about 4C.C is also injected into the air inlet.
2. After injecting pneumatic tool oil, let the machine idling for about ten seconds (do not operate), and let the internal parts of the grinder be lubricated as a whole before proceeding.
