And while this electric polishing buffer is designed for a wide range of applications, such as, polishing the surfaces of woods, metals, stones, hard plastics, jewelry and more - Professionals and hobbyist alike, also utilize it for sharpening lathe tools and/or maintaining edges on knives, blades, and chisels.
Premium Design and Build
Featuring a seamless design intended to increase workflow and simplify the buffing process, this bench buffer comes with a quick and easy buffer wheel assembly that will have you fully operation within minutes. The bench buffer comes with an extended shaft profile (5-1/2” on each end) that accepts wider pieces for buffing. For your convenience, it mounts and supports 8-inch buffing wheels (of all types) with a 5/8” arbor hole.
This heavy duty bench buffer runs at a slow speed of 1750 RPMs to help prevent overheating of finishes. The powerful ½ horsepower motor delivers reliable performance, with a smooth and quite operation perfect for any workshop environment. To help deliver an optimal and fully stabilized performance, the machine possesses an iron cast base with a standing profile and mounting holes for additional mounting support.
