Abrasive paste is an abrasive paste formulated to give a fine keyed surface to your turnings, before applying your finish of choice.
The abrasive paste is an abrasive paste formulated to give your turnings a highly polished surface before applying your finish. Carefully processed ingredients eliminate the need for solvents or other chemicals with strong and potentially harmful odors.
For ultimate smoothness on wood-turned projects, use 1000 grit followed by 2000 grit. Then, finish as usual! A solvent-free, user-safe blend of mineral oil, beeswax, and abrasives. Achieve a flawless finish, effortlessly. (Applying a sanding sealer before use with our product is recommended).

HOW TO USE:
- Whilst still attached to your lathe, sand your piece to 240-320 Grit or until it’s free of tooling marks.
- Apply the paste in a circular motion with a paper towel.
- Then switch on your lathe and work along your piece with the paper towel.
- Continue working until the paste has broken down, with no residue on the surface.
- Your piece should be dry once you’ve finished, and you will be left with a finish of at least 1000 Grit.
