First stage, use sisal buffing wheel plus black polishing compound to remove rust, marks, scratches and leave a uniform finish. Middle stage, use denim buffing pad plus green polishing compound to remove the dull finish and leave the workpiece with a semi-bright finish. Final stage, use cotton buffing wheel plus white polishing compound to remove the semi bright finish and leave the workpiece with a bright finish.
