1. If the tube broken when receive, the buyer must report to us and claim with courier in destination within 1 business days.
We don't accept the return if broken,but we will send the new one free again depend on proof (clear broken photo and damage/claim report from courier).

If the buyer failed to do so, this will result in rejection on claims.
2. If the tube does not work as its own fault, we will cover both of sending and return shipping cost and send the new free again after we verify and test.
