Unlike most top-coat sealers, NANO+POLY deeply penetrates the surface of wood, using proprietary nanotechnology to form a flexible breathable barrier, that coats the wood fibers at the cellular level. This water-based wood protector combines proprietary nanotechnology with the strength of polyurethane to provide 360° of protection. It is warranted to protect against water accumulation for up to 10 years on vertical surfaces & 6 years on horizontal. With the added POLY in this formula, it also creates a durable surface-coating, that protects against wear & tear in high traffic areas, making it a great choice for wood decks and walkways. NANO+POLY is a water-based, eco-safe sealer that goes on milky white & dries clear and is ideal for use on unfinished interior and exterior wood.. It creates a UV-stable coating that preserves the natural color of the wood and helps resist weathering and decay.
