Details: Composition: 90% of peppermint leaves extract with natural honey, iodine salt and 10% of juniper essential oil
For the saunas, bathhouses and massage: Before using, mix the contents by shaking the bottle. 1 bottle cap = 20ml. In the dish for broom soaking, mix about 4 litres of hot water with 45-50 ml of extract. You can rub in the mixture with sponge into the wood of the sauna so aroma stays longer. You can spin broom soaked in mixture and wet the wood of the sauna. You can pour part of the extract (mixed with hot water) into a separate dish and then pour the content little by little on heated stones. You can place the heat-resistant dish with the extract (mixed with hot water) on heated stones so that one could constantly feel the pleasant aroma. Rub your body with brooms, soaked in the mixture and lambaste yourselves. You can make regular bath and add the 45-50 ml of extract into the water. You can make a bath for your hands and feet by pouring 45-50 ml of extract into hot water and and keep them immersed in the water for 10-20 minutes. All instructions of various usage options are included.
Safety precautions: Only for external use. It is not advisable to use one herbal extract containing the same essential oil for a long time. Do not apply undiluted extract directly on skin. Do not pour undiluted extract on heated stones either. Avoid any contact with eyes. If any contact with eyes occurs, wash them with plenty of water. Keep away from children. Before using herbal extracts containing several ingredients and essential oils, it is recommended to check allergic sensitivity: spread 2-3 drops of the extract on the skin of the forearm. If the skin turns red or becomes itching after some time, do not use the extract. Pregnant women and people having various health insufficiencies should consult the doctor.
