- PLA vertigo galaxy multicolors,pla multicolors filament 1.75mm.PLA filament 1.75mm,the glitter produced by the unique surface suspension technology has a strong flickering effect and evenly covers surface. The glitter is only as small as 0.050mm, but the commonly used particle size on the market is bigger as 0.1-0.2mm, our filament with very small chance to block the nozzle.
- PLA raw material is imported from European, no recycled material or reworks material, stable diameter control and no jam.PLA filament 1.75mm,net weight 1kg.Vacuum sealed and includes silica desiccant.
- It is suggested that the nozzle should be used at a temperature of 195-215 ℃. If hairy occur when printing, adjusted gradually by 5-10 ℃ each time. The platform can be glass, acrylic plate or PEI sheet, heat bed temp 50-70 ℃.
- For better printing smoothness and success, nozzle 0.4mm or bigger,layer height 0.2mm or bigger,printing speed lower than 150mm/s,using cheap and easily replaceable nozzles hot end is necessary if Bamboo’s 3D printer.
- To prevent filament tangling, make sure to secure the filament end either within the spool's designated hole or elsewhere after 3D printing. In case the filament end accidentally slips past during extrusion, rewind the filament to check for any potential tangles.
- In order to reduce possible warping of the first layer, we recommend preheating the hot bed temperature to 55-65 degrees, reducing the printing speed of the first layer to 25mm/s, and setting the line width to 0.6mm or the flow rate to 150%, excessive fan cooling in cooler weather will worsen edge warping.
