• The adapters will fit into each other to make a variety of connectors. Just try one till it fits. The smallest size they will fit is 1 1/16 inches up to 1 3/4 inches. We TESTED these on newer model vacuums and was able to come up with a combination that worked for most we could find. Both with older vacuums and newer ones measure your vacuum hose and attachment to check the size.
• CONNECT TWO TOGETHER to make one adapter or connect all three together to make one adapter. One by itself might be all you need. Use these as a converter for your attachments to connect to your vacuum hose. PLEASE NOTE- If you use with an attachment and it keeps falling off secure with a piece of tape, some attachments are heavier than others.
• These vacuum hose connectors are made out of plastic and have either a tapered fit or a step fit. These are not hard plastic they have some give in material.
