- Exceptional Adhesion and Warp Prevention: The build plate surfaces has exceptional adhesion, Excellent adhesion is achieved when the temperature of the heated bed is about 65°C. preventing warping and ensuring stable molding, and the high flatness and elasticity of the spring steel plate facilitate easy removal of printed models.
- Built to Withstand High Temperatures: It is resistant up to 200 ℃, ensuring stable printing conditions even for the most demanding prints, compatible with PLA/PETG/PEEK/ABS and other filaments. please use the Quiet Mode when printing the first layer to make sure the first layer is printed correctly. After 4-5 layers, you can switch to other modes.
- Before each printing, please clean it thoroughly with isopropyl and wipe it with a lint-free paper towel, to make sure the surface of the steel plate is free from any impurities, especially fingerprints and grease. After each printing, Please let the plate cool down before removing it (room temperature is fine) to avoid damaging the coating.
