- Extra Large Pizza Stone: Unicook 24 inches baking stone measures 24" x 18" x 0.6", weights around 16.9 lbs. The baking stone fits for conventional home ovens and grills with inner cavity sizes larger than 25”L x 19"W, does not fit 24” and 27” compact ovens. Be sure to measure your grill and oven's interior and choose a stone that fits comfortably with at least 1 inch of clearance on all sides
- Even Cooking: The oven stone is made of Cordierite and heat resistant up to 1,450℉(787℃). It distributes heat evenly and maintains high temperatures for consistent cooking to prevent hot spots. No more soggy middles or burnt edges
- Absorbs Moisture: The porous surface of the pizza cooking stone absorbs excess moisture from pizza dough, creating a crispy, golden pizza crust, ideal for baking fresh and frozen pizzas, bread, rolls, cookies, and more. The smooth surface can be reversed for use on both sides
- Plastic Dough Cutter: Comes with a multi-purpose plastic scraper that can be used as a dough cutter or to remove residue stuck to the bread stone
