- Hold Down Vacuum Clamp kit Includes? Our shop vacuum hose kit comes with 2 vacuum clamp pods (1 with two barbed brass fittings; 1 with one barbed brass fitting and one brass plug), 4 T-Bolts (5/16''-18, 3/4'' long), 4 Rockler fold-down knobs, 1 8' length of 1/4'' I.D. polyurethane vacuum hose, 1 extra 1/4'' barbed brass fitting, 1 extra vacuum gasket.
- Secures your workpiece: These brass barbed hose fittings secure your workpiece from the bottom side, eliminating the need for traditional clamps that get in the way of sanding, routing, and planing.
- High Quality: The pod housing material is made of nylon, the gasket material is PVC foam, the hose fitting is made from brass material and the ball valve material is stainless steel.
- Features: No arm clamp allows unobstructed access to the workpiece. Multiple mounting options: T-track, slotted CNC table, or screw-mount. Quick activation and release—ideal for production-type projects.

Details: Rockler Vacuum Clamp Pod Kit: Our brass barbed fittings work on nearly any workpiece with at least one flat face, as small as about 4” square. This kit is ideal for CNC projects, routed signs and plaques, small workpieces, carvings, and more. The vacuum clamp pod kit features a continuous gasket for a leak-free seal and stronghold. The ball valve opens when the workpiece is pressed down, engaging suction. To be used with pumps that generate suction of at least 25'' of mercury (Hg). A maximum of four clamp pods may be connected in series with suction of 25'' of mercury (Hg).
