Details: The Wahuda Tools 60170-EB extension bed kit has everything you need to increase the length of the bed on your Wahuda mini lathe. The extension moves the tailstock out, leaving the spindle and motor untouched. The Wahuda mini lathe 24″ extension bed fits our 60170ML-WHD benchtop variable-speed wood lathe. Adding the metal lathe bed extension gives your lathe a total bed length of 38 inches. This lets you use your lathe to carve longer pieces of wood needed for staircase balusters and deck spindles. Once this extension bed for mini lathes is installed, your lathe’s banjo and tailstock will still have a smooth path across the entire length of the bed. That means you can still carve small pieces of wood and you can move the banjo across the entire piece you’re carving with ease.
