This set contains five 1/4" shank bits: two conical ball nose spiral bits, an up cut spiral bit, and two V-groove bits. Tapered ball nose spiral bits use a shearing action for better performance and smoother cuts in your projects. Use for lettering, carving, and any detailed projects. Up cut spiral bit provides a shear cutting edge that leaves a smoother cut and is designed to bring chips up and out of the cut when cutting dados. V-groove bits are designed for use on projects where a standard V-point cut is desired.
