- [No warping with big size] – Based on deep inside of the polymer’s microstructure, this ABS+ 3d filament conquers the shrink or warping issue. Even with large printing size like 1 meter can be printed successfully. You can easy to print our ABS filament as easy as PLA filament and PETG filament, only different temperature setting.
- [Easy to sand] – Though the printed surface is smooth enough for most 3d printing project, if you want to get better surface, the printed surface can be easy sanded. This feature is especially useful for business customer to do prototyping product. You can also use chemical polish method to post treat it.
- [Compatibility] – This 1.75mm ABS 3d filament is compatible with most of 1.75mm FDM 3D printer like Bambu lab x1, P1P 3d printer, Raise 3D printer, Intamsys 3D printer, Creality ender 3 printer, Anker 3d printer, flashforge 3D printer, Qidi 3D printer, Anycubic, Makerbot 3d printer etc.
- [Printing settings] – For Bambu Lab printer with default ABS filament settings. For other 3d printers follows settings as below. Nozzle: 230˚C - 260˚C; Bed: 80˚C - 100˚C; Speed: 30mm/s - 300mm/s; Bed Surface: PEI sheet, plus 3D Lac or Magigoo glue would be better; Cooling Fan: LOW for better surface quality, OFF for better strength.
- [Important note] – The top features of this ABS filament are strong layer bonding and conquer warping issue. But the heat resistance will be lower than normal ABS. It can be used under 60℃ environment which can cover most application. Like 3d printing for fixture and jigs, indoor plastic parts etc. But do not use the printed parts above 60℃ environment.
