- Impact & Heat Resistance: The glass fiber reinforcement improves impact resistance (Notched Izod Impact Strength of 191J/m) and raises the melting point up to 195°C, making it suitable for high-stress and high-temperature applications
- Superior Abrasion Resistance: Designed for high-friction environments, this filament resists wear, corrosion, and provides excellent insulation, making it ideal for industrial applications
- Wide Application Range: Perfect for precision engineering parts, functional prototypes, and production components, such as automotive intake manifolds, gears, bushings, and fitness equipment parts.
- Printing Tips & Reminders: Recommended print settings are 220-260°C nozzle temperature, 80-100°C bed temperature, and baking at 80°C for at least 7 hours before use. Use an abrasion-resistant nozzle (stainless steel or hardened steel) for best results.
