Craft Twinkles also offer dramatically better coverage than glitter glues. How to use Craft Twinkles: BRUSH-ON- Shake well. Apply with a brush. Repeat coats until desired shimmer is achieved. Allow to dry between coats. For a more intense color, apply over a similar Americana paint color. Cure 24 hours before use. Cleans up with soap and water. WRITER- Shake well.
